Shipping: All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping transit time

Returns:If your items are eligible for return, we will issue a refund for the amount paid (including applicable taxes) once the returned product has been received and inspected. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery and only for items in new, unused condition with their original, intact packaging.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable for returned items.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, and we are unable to provide a replacement, we will refund the full amount paid (including taxes and original shipping charges).

At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
